Cancellation Policy
**Private Music Lesson Policy & Terms of Agreement** Thank you for choosing private music lessons! To ensure a productive and respectful learning environment, the following policy outlines the expectations and terms of service for all students. **1. Lesson Scheduling** * Lessons are scheduled in advance at a mutually agreed-upon day and time. * Students are expected to attend each lesson on time, with their instrument, music books/materials, and any assigned work prepared. * Late arrivals will not extend the lesson time and may result in a shortened session. **2. Cancellations & Missed Lessons** * A **minimum of 24 hours’ notice** is required for lesson cancellations. * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed lessons (no-shows) will be **charged in full** and are **not eligible for a makeup**. **3. Make-Up Lessons** * Makeup lessons are offered **only at the instructor’s availability** and **are not guaranteed**. * If a student cancels with proper notice, they may request a makeup lesson, but scheduling is subject to the instructor’s discretion and open time slots. * Makeups must be completed within **30 days** of the original missed lesson; otherwise, the lesson is forfeited. * There are **no credits or refunds** issued for missed or unused lessons. **4. No Refund Policy** * All lesson payments are **non-refundable**, including those for missed, canceled, or unused lessons. * Payment secures your lesson time and confirms your agreement to this policy. **5. Instructor Cancellations** * If the instructor must cancel a lesson for any reason, a makeup will be offered or the lesson will be credited to the following billing cycle. **6. Communication** * All scheduling, cancellations, and questions should be communicated via call or text at 979-709-9304 as soon as possible. * The instructor will respond in a timely manner and make every effort to accommodate rescheduling when possible. **By enrolling in private music lessons, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this policy.
